A group of Young Professionals from The Union Club, Cleveland enjoyed a fun, slightly rugged hike in the Cuyahoga River Gorge (Gorge Metropark) with it’s folklore of the Mary Campbell Cave, Native American history and modern implications of the nearly 60 ft. tall Gorge Dam. Then, they cooled off with some fabulous cold beverages at the new HIHO Brewing Company in Cuyahoga Falls where they met and got the back story of this business from husband & wife owners, John & Ali Hovan.
